If you or anyone in your family is planning to go to college, NOW is the time for you to begin working on the college financial aid application. There's a program in TN called College Goal Sunday that you need to know about. It is a free program to help you and your family conplete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which is used to determine eligibility for many types of financial aid. On Sunday, Feb 14 at 2 pm, volunteers from TN college financial aid offices will be available at MTSU to help you complete the FAFSA and make sure that the process of applying for financial aid does not become an obstacle that would keep you or your family members from going to college. By attending College Goal Sunday, you will have the opportunity o walk away from the event knowing you tackled one of the most important steps in getting ready to go to college.
