The History of
Southside Primary
is a public school that was built in 1954.
Additional classrooms and a new library were added in 1997. The building contains twenty classrooms, offices,
small group areas, gym, cafeteria, and library.
All rooms are heated, and all but the gymnasium are air-conditioned.
Originally the
school served students in grades 1 through 6.
From 1966 through 1989, the school served grades K through 5. Since that time it has served K through 3.
