Class1: Walking Horse Young Mares (Female in the 9th-12th grade for Class Competition points)

Class 2: Walking Horse Young Stallions (Male in the 9th- 12th grade for Class Competition points)

Class 3: Walking Horse Aged Mares and Stallions (Female or Male Class Sponsors- Class Competition Points)

Class 4: Walking Horse Novice Riders (CDC Class)

Class 5: Walking Horse World Grand Championship (Class Competition Points)

Classes 1 & 2 are open to anyone in all grades wishing to show a stick horse. You will be required to show a padded Walking Horse at the Flat Walk, Running Walk, and Canter.  There will be no more than 2 horses from each class. (1 female and 1 male) See your class officers for sign-ups.  Class competition Points will be given out as follows: 1st place: 40 points; 2nd place: 30 points; 3rd place: 20 points; 4th place 10 points.


Classes 3 is for a class sponsor only.  There will be one female or one male representative from each grade in the respected classes.  You will be required to show a padded Walking Horse at the Flat Walk, Running Walk, and Canter.  Class competition Points will be given our as follows: 1st place: 40 points; 2nd place: 30 points; 3rd place: 20 points; 4th place 10 points.


Class 5 is for the CDC class only.  Those wishing to show will all come in the ring and show at the same time.  All participants will receive a participation ribbon. They will only be required to show at the Flat Walk.


Class 6 is for the crowning of the Community High School Walking Horse World Grand Champion.  There will be one representative from each grade.  You will be required to show a padded Walking Horse at the Flat Walk, Running Walk, and Canter.  Class Competition Points will be given out as follows: 1st place: 40 points, 2nd place: 30 points, 3rd place: 20 points, 4th place 10 points.


For all Participants: You must provide your own stick horse. Everyone is encouraged to make your horse look the best it can, and give your horse a name.  Judging will be based on how well you excel at each gate, crowd support, and appearance of horse and rider.

Appearance: Try your best to dress as a rider would. Please do not go out and buy new clothing.  Borrow! Borrow!
