Pre-K screenings available for children ages 3-5.
This is a free service for Bedford County residents.

Screenings will include:
Hearing
Vision
Speech
Fine Motor Skills
Language Skills
Cognitive Functioning
Gross Motor Skills
Documents necessary for screening:
Birth Certificate (not required)
Immunization Report
Medical Records (which may include any tests on vision, hearing, PT and/or OT)
For appointment, call 931-684-3284, ext 2218.
This is NOT for the Voluntary Pre-K program.
Note: Only bring the child who is to be tested. Leave siblings with a caretaker so that screenings will be accurate.
