This week, 5th grade students from #EastSideElementarySchool took the next step in their #AmazingShake journey, demonstrating confidence, communication and #leadership skills along the way! Through professional conversations, firm handshakes and real world scenarios, students impressed guest judges with their poise and professionalism.

🐻🩺✨ Learning in action across our district!

Recently, students from #CommunityHighSchool’s Medical Therapeutics class, led by instructor Kaycee Martin, hosted a Stuffie Clinic for Pre-K students at #CommunityElementarySchool. High school #students performed checkups on stuffed animals brought in by the younger students, including vital signs, height and weight measurements and quick assessments. 🩹❤️🧸

Pre-K students also learned about healthy eating habits and proper mouth care in a fun and engaging environment. 🍎🥦🦷

This hands on activity allowed Medical Therapeutics students to demonstrate the skills they have learned throughout the year, including communication with pediatric patients. Most importantly, both groups of students shared a fun and memorable experience together.💜💛

We love seeing our students learn, lead and make meaningful connections across our schools! ✨

Community High School Smokestack Theatre Group Posed for a Picture in the Theater.

🐾🦒 Learning came to life for Ms. Christle Price’s class at #CommunityMiddleSchool during their exciting recent trip to the Nashville Zoo!

Before their adventure, #students worked in small groups to research two zoo animals of their choice over the course of three weeks. Each group became “animal experts” and shared their discoveries with the class through creative presentations, including a fun “Family Feud” style game and engaging PowerPoints! 🎉📚

When the big day arrived, students couldn’t wait to spot the animals they had studied so closely. From preparation to presentation to exploration at the Zoo, this hands-on learning experience was unforgettable! 🐘🐒🦩

We are so proud of these students’ hard work, teamwork and enthusiasm for learning!💜💛

🏅🎉 We are proud to highlight the outstanding participation of #students from Mr. Paul Alumbaugh’s class at #HarrisMiddleSchool, who recently competed in the Special Olympics Area 13 Track & Field event at Tullahoma High School!

Students represented their school with pride, giving their best effort and demonstrating perseverance, teamwork and great sportsmanship throughout the event. 💪👏
